Refund and Returns Policy
Should you receive any bottles that are corked or otherwise defective (but physically undamaged), reach out to our Customer Service team within 5 days of delivery. You can call 607.377.4563 or email us. Support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. We’ll gladly replace the affected items or issue a full refund.
In the case of transit damage, we’ll either send a replacement shipment at no extra cost (via standard ground shipping) or refund your entire purchase.
For any other delivery issues—such as a partially damaged package, missing items, or non-delivery—please notify us within 5 days of your order date. We’ll reship the missing or affected bottles at no additional charge (standard ground shipping) or provide a complete refund.
