Winemaking Notes: This wine was blended from many different Riesling fermentations. Fermented in stainless steel with a combinmation of both native and commercial yeast. The wine spent about 8 months resting on the lees before being readied for bottling.

 

Tasting Notes: Aromas of crisp and sweet apple with hints od nectarine, lime zest, floral notes and pastry cream. On the palate, a rounded moutfeel with a lingering finish.
