This is a limited-edition single-barrel bourbon hand-selected by the former Giants quarterback and Eighth Generation Master Distiller Freddie Noe. The 2026 Batch is bottled at cask strength—uncut and unfiltered—with proofs typically ranging from 112.2 to 121.6.  

• Color: Deep amber with rich henna and copper hues.
• Aroma: Robust vanilla bean and brown sugar layered with toasted oak, warm baking spices, and a subtle smokiness. Some tasters note cherry cola, peanut brittle, and sassafras.
• Palate: Full-bodied and complex, featuring bold oak and baking spice upfront, followed by caramelized pecans, dark fruits (like Luxardo cherry or red grape), and hints of cocoa.
• Finish: Long and warming with lingering peppery spice, toasted oak, and a slow, smooth cask-strength heat.
