Shipping Policy
Due to varying state-specific rules and guidelines, we’re unable to deliver certain quantities of wine or spirits to some areas without the proper permits or licenses. When you submit an order with us, you’re confirming that you comply with all relevant local, state, and federal requirements.
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Factors like major holidays or severe weather can extend this period. Feel free to reach out if you have questions about your delivery timeline.
Should an item be unavailable or if we’re unable to complete your order for any reason, we’ll notify you right away. If you opted in during checkout, we’ll also get in touch about any vintage substitutions. No replacements will be made without your approval.
You’ll get an email with tracking details once your shipment leaves our warehouse. For any address updates, please let us know promptly. After the label is generated, canceling an order could result in a 15% restocking charge.
Delivery requires a signature from someone 21 years or older. We can’t accommodate requests to leave packages unattended. Our carriers determine delivery windows and don’t allow us to specify exact times. They’ll make up to three attempts at the provided address. If the shipment isn’t signed for or is rejected, return shipping costs may apply.
Shipping promotions do not apply to Hawaii residents.
