On the nose are aromas of cooked agave, toasted nuts and woodsy notes. The palate is silky-smooth, creamy, and has flavor notes of cooked agave, vanilla, fresh apple, and pineapple leading into a finish which swiftly builds into a sweet and spicy candied ginger heat.
