The Fonseca family, legendary cultivators of the Highlands of Jalisco and experts on agave farming for over a century have also become some of the most respected Tequila distillers in the world in the recent past. Don Fulano is made with 100% estate grown, hand selected and harvested agaves. Distillation utilizes a custom approach with a majority coming from a copper pot still and a small percentage from a unique double column distillate. The blanco is everything you want a great tequila to be – pure and invigorating with notes that reminded us of Dragon fruit, sweet herbs, lime blossoms, minerals and white pepper.
