Origin: Distilled in spring 2018 at the Tennessee Distilling Group in Columbia, Tennessee.
Process: Charcoal-mellowed using the traditional Lincoln County Process with minimal non-chill filtration. 
Tasting Profile

Aromatics: Notes of vanilla custard, seasoned oak, creme brulee, leather, and hickory.
Palate: A warm, cream-like sweetness balanced by mature wood spice, with subtle hints of dried apricot and honeysuckle.
