  • Cazcanes No. 7 Joven (80 Proof / 40% ABV)
    • The Blend: Composed of 59% Blanco, 13% Reposado (aged 10 months), 26% Añejo (aged 17 months), and 2% Extra Añejo (aged 38 months).
    • Production Process: Crafted at NOM 1614 using low-and-slow autoclave cooking, roller mill extraction, open-air fermentation with wild yeast, and double-distillation in stainless steel with copper coils. It utilizes aerated natural spring water.

  • Cazcanes No. 9 Joven (100 Proof / 50% ABV)
    • The Blend: A high-proof, robust alternative that blends their award-winning No. 9 Blanco, Reposado, and Extra Añejo. Expect a much warmer, peppery palate with heavier baking spices. 

Flavor Profile (No. 7 Joven)
  • Nose: Prominent cooked agave and lively citrus brightness, layered with vanilla, toasted coconut, honey, and a hint of dry oak tannins.
  • Palate: A silky, medium-bodied mouthfeel. It opens with a flash of Blanco minerality and heat, which quickly gives way to sweeter, warmer notes of baked apple, caramel, and a touch of chocolate and barrel spice.
  • Finish: Long, silky, and warming with lingering natural sweetness that never feels artificial or syrupy
