Fernando de Castilla Classic Fino Sherry (750ml) is a dry, fortified Spanish wine made from 100% Palomino grapes grown on albariza limestone soils in Jerez, Spain

Grape Variety: 100% Palomino Fino (from the Pago Balbaino estate vineyard) 
Aging Process: Biologically aged under a layer of flor yeast in American oak barrels via the traditional solera system for an average of 5 years. 
Alcohol by Volume (ABV): Typically 15%. 
Flavor Profile: Pale straw color with aromas of nectarine, white peach, citrus oil, almonds, walnuts, chalk, and saline notes. Light, crisp, and dry on the palate
