Tasting Profile

Nose: Bold and phenolic with smoldering peat, wood ash, maritime notes, and hints of toasted cereal and artisan bread. 
Palate: Smooth and lightly oily texture balancing raw peat smoke with sweet dried fruits (raisins, figs, dates), vanilla, and savory spice. 
Finish: Long, drying, and lightly smoky with lingering salt and a warm Islay peat aftertaste
