Composition: 75% straight McKenzie whiskey total, consisting of:

  • 63% McKenzie Straight Bourbon
  • 12% McKenzie Straight Rye
  • 25% Wheat Whiskey (aged at least 1 year in ex-McKenzie bourbon barrels) 

Proof / ABV: 90 proof / 45% ABV 
Process: Non-chill filtered; distilled from 100% New York-grown grain using local Seneca Lake water 
Flavor Profile

Nose: Toasted peanut skin, dried corn husk, caramel, brown sugar, cherry, and almond
Palate: Roasted corn, cookie dough, orange marmalade, butterscotch, and honey
Finish: Cinnamon, peanut brittle, a touch of arugula, and a dry finish
