Penelope Architect Crème Brûlée is a limited-edition expression in the Penelope Architect Series. It features a 5-year-old straight bourbon whiskey finished with custom French oak staves selected using Tonnellerie Radoux’s OakScan technology. It is bottled at 110 proof

 

Nose: Rich vanilla custard, brown sugar, caramel, and toasted oak.
Palate: Creamy vanilla, brûléed sugar, butterscotch, and gentle baking or rye spice.
Finish: Warm and buttery with lingering sweet vanilla and subtle oak tannin
