Sipsmith V.J.O.P. (Very Junipery Over Proof) is a “juniper-forward” powerhouse bottled at 57.7% ABV. It uses a “triple juniper” technique, where juniper is added at three different stages of the distillation process.

• Aroma: An immediate hit of piney juniper, followed by forest floor notes, dark chocolate, and zesty orange peel.
• Palate: Big, bold, and oily. It leads with intense juniper spice, balanced by black pepper, rich dark fruits, and a hint of warm coriander.
• Finish: Extremely long and dry. It leaves a lingering sensation of burnt orange, spice, and clean pine resin.
