This Rosé is bright, vibrant and fruit forward! There’s a strong acidity that balances out the sweeter, fruity notes of early summer strawberry. It finishes beautifully with a rich flavor of peaches and cream. It’s the perfect pairing with a charcuterie board or a light and fresh pasta salad. It would also hold up to a little bit of spice, like a sweet and spicy shrimp.
