“Barrel Bomb” refers to several different products, each with unique tasting notes: a whiskey that features notes of vanilla, caramel, spice, and oak from aging in new American oak and then wine barrels; a wine with vanilla, licorice, and oak characteristics from aging in oak and Kentucky bourbon casks; and a coffee stout with notes of chocolate, coffee, and a subtle chile heat.
