The nose is bright dark cherry and cassis that roll into baked apple, baking spices and anise. Medium length of caramel and vanilla. On the palette, cinnamon candy slides to caramel and vanilla. Oak wraps the tongue and elevates the spice again leading back to some peachy twists and grains. The finish lingers with spice and distinct oak presence that warms subtly as it fades.
