The “Pinhook Collaboration Still Austin” was not a Pinhook product, but a Still Austin “Bottled in Bond” whiskey with notes of blood orange zest, brandied cherries, fresh pecan pie, and toasted s’mores on the nose, and flavors of Nilla wafer, blueberry muffin, cashew butter, cracked white pepper, and coffee cake on the palate, finishing with notes of black currant, fig newton, sweet hibiscus, and star anise.
