Drawing from 15 first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, the Daftmill 2010 Cask Strength offers a rich and flavorful profile with prominent notes of vanilla and spice. Since Daftmill is a farm distillery, this release uses barley grown on their estate and is distilled in small, seasonal batches.
