Following the traditional process dating back to the 18th century, Blanco Tahona is an homage to heritage. Agaves are cooked in brick ovens, then 100% Tahona wheel crushed, open wood fermentation (using only 1st press) and 100% copper pot still distillation. Sweet tones of a perfectly well-cooked agave, wrapped with fine herbal notes, mint, rosemary, black pepper. Flavors that are subtly sweet, balanced, and silky. There is presence of cooked agave, milk candy, almonds, cranberry, and hints of smoke on the palate.
