Naming Change: Moved away from sequential numbering (previously Discovery #13) to a vintage-dated annual release format named 2026 Discovery.
The Blend:

  • 55% Indiana 10-year bourbon (MGP mash bill: 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley)
  • 25% Kentucky 11-year bourbon (Barton 1792 mash bill: 74% corn, 18% rye, 8% malted barley)

20% Kentucky 7-year bourbon (Green River style mash bill: 74% corn, 16% rye, 10% malted barley)

The Finish: Rested for 4 months in custom-made, hand-toasted Pacific Northwest Garryana oak barrels from Oregon.
Tasting Notes: Aromas and flavors of toasted oak, burnt sugar, baked apple cobbler, dried cherry, cinnamon bark, and unique herbal/baking spice nuances from the Garryana oak
