Product Details
Origin: Beenleigh Artisan Distillery (Eagleby, Queensland, Australia’s oldest registered distillery, established in 1884)
Distillation: Distilled in August and September 2013 using a single column still and redistilled in a pot still (“The Old Copper”
Ageing: Tropically aged for 10 full years in ex-bourbon casks at the distillery, resulting in an angel’s share evaporation loss exceeding 25%
Proof: Bottled at a high, punchy overproof of 59% ABV (118 proof), and is completely additive-free
