A Hand-Signed Four-Grain Bourbon Delivering Toasted Caramel, Butterscotch, and Wild Honey – Canton Distillery Straight Bourbon Whiskey Elite Edition Hand-Signed by Thurman Thomas

Canton Distillery Straight Bourbon Whiskey Elite Edition Hand-Signed by Thurman Thomas is a distinctive New York State straight bourbon whiskey created to celebrate Thurman Thomas, one of football’s most accomplished all-around players. This special Elite Edition pays tribute to his legacy with a hand-selected bourbon bottled in his honor.

Distilled in New York State using locally grown grains, this small-batch bourbon features a distinctive four-grain recipe of 65% corn, oats, rye, and malted barley. Matured in new charred oak barrels, the whiskey develops a rich and balanced character, combining warm baking spices with layers of caramelized sweetness and a luxurious texture.

Personally selected by Thurman Thomas, this limited Elite Edition is bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof), offering a bold yet polished bourbon experience with the depth and intensity expected from a high-proof straight bourbon.
