Overview & Flavor Profile
Final Chapter: This release serves as the sixth and final installment in The Macallan’s popular Harmony Collection. 
Cask Maturation: Crafted using a combination of sherry-seasoned American oak and ex-bourbon casks, which naturally draws out high levels of oak lactones for a distinct coconut character without added flavorings. 
Nose: Aromas of fresh coconut, zesty lime, lemon, tropical fruits like mango and papaya, vanilla, and sweet oak. 
Palate: Notes of coconut milk, coconut cream, citrus, vanilla sponge cake, and gentle baking spice. 
Finish: Bright and floral with a lingering, honeyed coconut sweetness
