Mash Bill: 80% New York-grown Danko rye and 20% two-row malted barley.
Age & Proof: Aged 6 years and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) in compliance with the Bottled-in-Bond Act.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of fresh-cut grain, toasted cinnamon, and barn wood, leading to a palate of cinnamon apple, baking spices, vanilla, and a dry oak finish
