Winemaker’s Tasting Notes: This wine has a tart cherry, strawberry jam palate. Finished with a touch of sweetness, it is best served chilled. 

Chambourcin is generally one of the last grapes to be harvested on the estate with picking times ranging from late October to early November. It is a French American hybrid that produces a deep colored and wonderfully aromatic wine. Chambourcin is a bountiful producer on our farm, large clusters and many of them.
