Weis Cabernet Franc 2021

This Cabernet Franc has a lighter to medium body with notes of raspberry & blueberry finishing with a mild toastiness from the oak aging. The smooth tannins and lively acidity make this wine great for drinking now, as well as aging for up to 8 years. It would pair perfectly with black pepper crusted steak, pasta with hearty red style sauces, and veggie pizza.

Barrel Aging: 20 months (French Oak)
