Concannon Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish whiskey that is matured in both ex-bourbon barrels and the Concannon Vineyard’s own Petite Sirah wine barrels. This wine-barrel finishing, sometimes called the “Concannon Effect,” gives the whiskey a subtle, unique fruitiness.
