Kilchoman has released several whiskies matured in or finished with Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks. Tasting notes vary slightly between bottlings but share a common profile of bold, sweet dried fruits combined with Kilchoman’s signature peaty, citrusy, and maritime Islay character.
