Chablis is very dry, pale gold in color, with a very fresh, lively, mineral nose. There’s a wide range of aromas, with notes of gunflint, green apple, lemon, undergrowth and mushroom. There are also notes of linden and mint, acacia and even licorice. The palate is supple and surprisingly fresh. The fruit and a slight liveliness prolong the silky aromas, ending with a long, aromatic finish.
