‘Cora’ is produced from 100% estate-grown fruit including old vines planted in pergola abruzzese (a traditional trellis system that trains vines to grow on lattice work 6ft above the ground). They are certified sustainable for their farming practices— no herbicides; no irrigation; yes to limiting copper use, soil compaction, and CO2 emissions. All electricity use at the winery comes from 100% solar and wind power. A vegan wine, it is clean and crisp, with hints of citrus and almond flowers; an excellent partner to grilled fish, caprese salad, and light pastas.
