Breckenridge PX Cask Finish is an award-winning high-rye bourbon whiskey finished in rare Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks, bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof)

Base Spirit: High-rye bourbon aged for a minimum of three years in new charred American oak barrels.
The Finish: Transferred into retired PX sherry casks sourced from a centuries-old solera system in the Andalusia province of Spain
Tasting Profile
Nose: Aromas of fig compote, almond butter, and black licorice.
Palate: Rich and full-bodied with notes of orange marmalade, Madagascar vanilla bean, and raisins.
Finish: Long and warming with sweet oak and ripe sultanas
