Production: Distilled at the West Indies Rum Distillery, using a ratio of one hand-cut, sun-dried local coconut per liter of rum. 
Flavor Profile: Features rich aromas of dried coconut, milk chocolate, and Almond Joy-like pastry notes. It offers a lean, clean finish rather than the heavy, cloying syrupy sweetness found in standard commercial coconut liqueurs.
