St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur is a 20% ABV craft liqueur made from Bartlett pear brandy, fresh pear juice, Saigon cinnamon, clove, cane sugar, and malic acid.
Flavor and Profile
Tasting Notes: Ripe Bartlett pear, pear butter, warm Saigon cinnamon, and clove.
Balance: Naturally sweet from the fresh pear juice with a crisp perfume and a clean, tart finish from malic acid.
Alcohol Content: 20% ABV (40 proof).
How to Serve and Pair
